BMI from 41 (270lbs at 5'8") to 24.9 (164lbs)

Eta: I'm 32 and have three kids, ages 2, 4, & 6.

Answers to questions people ask: :-)

How I did it: Eat less, move more. Sweat every day. Be true to your mfp diary. But for real, do exercise too. Right now I run almost daily and lift 2-3 times/week. I didn't start out that way though. I started the first day by taking a walk around my block. And I never looked back.

Did I have surgery on my skin: No. I just drink a lot of water and exercise a LOT.
