I just take mine out and sit a few minutes so it is a little less chilled but then yep - just eat them up. This recipe is delish. I have one from skinnytaste for blueberries, banana, and chia seeds. Also very yum.0

I heated up in the microwave for a couple of minutes but that's just because I like my oatmeal warm.0

The best website I've found for Overnight Oatmeal is www.theyummylife.com She has a whole bunch of different flavor ideas. I've tried several and they are delicious. I just take them out of the refrigerator in the morning and eat. I never thought I'd like cold oatmeal but it is really good.0
