Ladies: Post TOM Weight Gain!

I've been doing Turbo Fire since the middle of January starting with the prep program and now I'm on my last couple of weeks of the 90 day program. In the beginning I've experienced weight loss prior to TOM with occasional gain within the duration but it would fall off by the end of TOM. But these past couple of months I have been not been able to drop the weight gain from TOM, by the time I do get the gain from TOM off, it rolls around again and the cycle continues. The gain varies 4-5 lbs. I don't know if it's what I'm eating, the exercise, or both. At this point I feel like I've tried everything. I know I can improve on what I'm eating, but my issue is that I have never had this issue before.

Suggestions please!
