I am super pro low glycemic. I have been making quinoa porridge and a kinda quinoa brownie breakfast bar. Also, buckwheat waffles, you can make a batch and freeze them. And then of course there are the standbys of scrambled eggs and omelettes.0

I am eating low carb currently. Pretty much every morning I have 2 scrambled eggs, 2-4 slices of soy bacon ( I cannot handle the grease in regular bacon)...then either greek yogurt or cottage cheese, sometimes some berries too. usually comes out to like 12-15g of carbs and around 340 calories.0
