    WOW! You look amazing! Does your husband even know you've been losing weight? He will be in for a surprise. I've been on these message boards trying to get myself motivated. Thank you - I now feel like maybe I can do this too. I started at 238 lbs. and am now at 190. I still have a long way to go to get my stomach to look like yours, but now I feel like there's a chance. Would you mind sharing what you did on a routine basis for exercise? I would love any feedback. Thanks, Sharlene

    Definetly one of my favorite transformations on mfp. You look awsome! I look a lot like your before pic and really hope I can do what you've done in 7 mths.
