airpopped popcorn. Some people think it's bland but i'm more of a texture person... so i loooovvee it!!!!! Air popper definitely worth it(: If you need some flavor use I can't believe it's not butter spray! yum!0

Low on protein? Cut up ham or a turkey sausage breakfast patty.
Low on fat? Dark Chocolate (85% cocoa) bar or unsalted almonds.
