    Veggies, veggies and more veggies. I actually love raw veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, tomato, bell peppers, mushrooms etc).
    Humus (all kinds, smoky chipolte, regular, garlic etc) and pita
    Yogurt
    Berries and grapes
    Apple Sauce (unsweetened)
    etc.

    airpopped popcorn. Some people think it's bland but i'm more of a texture person... so i loooovvee it!!!!! Air popper definitely worth it(: If you need some flavor use I can't believe it's not butter spray! yum! :3

    Depends on how my macros are looking.
    Low on protein? Cut up ham or a turkey sausage breakfast patty.
    Low on fat? Dark Chocolate (85% cocoa) bar or unsalted almonds.
    Low on Carbs? Apple, banana, carrots, or watermelon.
