    Pleased to meet you:flowerforyou: Yes it is very addictive I would be so sad and lost if I couldn't log onto MFP :frown: It has helped me so much, especially the people on here I would miss them. They make a world of difference in me being successful. It's a great site:happy:

    The mistake I made when loggin in here a year ago, was not getting involved in the "community." Now that I've been interacting with people, I'm addicted, which is helping me keep track of everything else (like those nasty calories.)
