save yourself a TON of calories and use cocoa powder instead of hot chocolate mix.

How many grams of hot chocolate is in the recipe? Cant get the envelopes here thanks.

the nutritional info is available on any product you buy. Check what it says on the product you are using: hot choc mix, flaoured hot choc mix, instant coffee, etc etc etc

I'm wondering.... mine ended up pretty tacky and I was unable to "roll" the mixture, so I just laid it out on a plate in the shape of a ball and stuck it in the freezer. Is this right?

Try adding more oats or some nuts or seeds to thicken it up some. Adds more flavour too.

I actually meant how many grams is in the envelope, so that I know how much of my usual hot chocolate to put in the recipe. Thanks though :)

Am wondering what variations you can make from this? Maybe use almond butter instead?

For sugar free it is 8 grams

for sugar sweetened cocoa mix it is 19 grams

    Hope this helps ;-)
