Today's handy dandy nutrition tip: fiber.

If: you are increasing the amount of fiber in your daily diet; and
If: you start by consuming 2 apples, a whole canteloupe, 2 bananas, 2 cups of riced cauliflower, a baked potato, and a pound of baby carrots in one day; and
If: you have dramatically increased your water consumption and decreased your consumption of fats in order to umm... ease the way... for that fiber to get out of your system; and
If: you exercised in the morning, thereby helping things move along; and
If: you find yourself on a conference call at the office, but feel the first innocent stirrings of abdominal business about to occur;
DO NOT: try to make it to the end of the conference call;
DO NOT: dilly dally on the way to the little healthy eater's room;
DO NOT: allow yourself to get engaged in conversation as you make your way down the hall;
Instead: tell your colleagues on the conference call that a fire alarm is going on in your office;
Or: you have an urgent call waiting for you;
OR: just hang up and think of some excuse later (you will have time to do so); AND
Immediately proceed (and I mean IMMEDIATELY) to the nearest room with appropriate gendered porcelain water-filled chairs.
On the bright side, I registered 58 very quick steps down the hall on my Fitbit; and
58 less quick steps back down the hall to my office; and
I'm looking forward to a nice loss on the scale tomorrow morning.
