Rainy Monday, feeling the drag of changed habits. I actually added the fast walking I normally do to and from work. Do you think that's okay?
I also go running on a hilly course. I never add more calories, but honestly, after two weeks, I'm starting to feel pretty tired, maybe I should.

You have to have rest days in there. Your body has to repair in order to grow. Also, are you fueling up? I am personally a big fan of the evil "carb" but I know that's what my muscles need to do what I want them to do.0 -
Oh completely! I'm not a fan of fad diets and my family is latin, boyfriend is asian. Honestly, don't know how I would ever do without carbs.0

If you feel like you're dragging, you could be overtraining. Try upping your cals for a few weeks and see if you feel better. I did that for years and wasn't eating to properly fuel my workouts and I FELT it...0
