What to mix with night time Protein Shakes (Casein)?

Im just starting out using shakes and i've got some Casein samples to test the flavours, anyone got any tips for anything to put in with it?
Also is milk or water better?

if you need extra calories use milk,,,,,, if you are limited on cals for the day use water... simple right XD0

X2, though I don't usually do a night shake, but I like casein.0 -
Same with the Cals with the water and milk advice. I add some L-glutamine with it since i am getting old or if it is a hard workout day and i know it will hurt the next morning more then usual. I just dont use it all the time.0
