I'm going on a health kick! I'm getting serious this time!!
lose 20 pounds by christmas.....who thinks i can do it?
OHH and i may need help with motivation, food choices, and exercise choices!!

    I think you can do it. I have serious issues with staying on track with food choices and portion control. I feel that will be my biggest challenge! If I can meet THAT challenge, you can certainly meet your goal!

    I think you can do anything you put your mind to do. I have been on the health kick since mid July. I have not set a time limit because I want it to be a lifestyle change. I think as long as you are keeping track of your food and exercise you can monitor your progress a little better. Just remember you WILL have days you think that you are doing all this work for nothing, but know that good things come to those who wait and perservere. When you do know we have all been there and will have more than one set back before we get where we want to be.

    You can do it!!!! Take one day at a time....small goals seem to work for me....My problem has been getting all my healthy calories in each day.
