Success! 320lbs - 210lbs w/ pics

I struggled with weight all my life. Finally had that moment at work where I didn't feel good AT ALL, and finally realized it was my lifestyle. Time for a change. Time to feel better about myself.

I decided to do something about it. I started eating right and working out. Set up the garage as a "gym" (yes - un airconditioned) and worked out even in the Texas summer heat.

I think it paid off. I feel better, look better, and I probably saved my life. Advice? Don't give up. If I can do it, you can do it too! :smile:
