What did you have for dinner last night.....where you good, bad or in between?

Bad. I went to iHop and had a Ham and Cheese Omlette and Pancakes.

I had a lean cuisine...and still had extra cals so I had 2(TWO) girl scout cookies! And I still was under my calorie goal!.0 -
I'm doing South Beach, so I had a recipe from their "Taste of Summer" cookbook: sirloin steak with roasted asparagus and tomatoes. And it was awesome. Plus I was still under my calorie goal.0

I had grilled Salmon, With sauteed green beans it was Delish! I'm having the rest for lunch! I plan on having a slice of Veggie Pizza Tonight, So, I'm getting a good work out in today.0

Low sodium boar's head turkey on an arnold's whole wheat sandwich round with lettuce, onion, spicey mustard, and low fat american cheese. Some sour cream and onion baked lays, and a boar's head dill pickle spear.
Then I had about 2 servings of no salt peanuts a little later as a snack, 2 servings is great as they are in the shell and it takes about an hour to eat them.0 -
I had grilled shrimp with some mixed veggies for dinner. for my evening snack I had I oats/honey granola bar and chamomile tea. def. under my cals0

I did Ok... 3 oz's lean pork loin roasted in a little BBQ sauce, side of peas and carrots, a little french bread w/butter. Sounds good right?
The killer side, I love/hate it. Casper crack I might call it - 300 grams of long grain white rice, with butter. So filling and satisfying and good. I crave carbs right now - don't know why. I'm going to blame it on this cold I'm fighting.0 -
I went to the gym then after my snack was frozen yogurt from this new yogurt place down the street...it was only 120 calories without the mixins and it was awesome!!!
Then at home I had Healthy Choice Lobster Ravioli...super yummy too!0 -
I made Chicken Paella with Prawns and italian sausage. Soo good. I think I ended up going over my calories slightly (probably less than 50 over), but I am ok with that0

I had whole wheat pasta with ground beef, organic roasted vegetable pasta sauce, spinach and mushrooms. Let me tell you it was delicious. Having it for lunch today and tomorrow. Made 7 servings. Oh so good!!0

I'm with Tabsoda and PR...Bad but better than it could have been worse...
I had homemade bean burritos INSTEAD of the Taco Bell ones that I wanted and then I through everything over by 200 cals with popcorn. Grrr.0
