Can anyone list sweet tooth food alternatives?! I love chocolates, biscuits, sweets etc. But i know if i want to lose weight i cannot eat these things. so far i have swapped these foods for healthier options such as fruit i.e apples, grapes, pears etc and i also have 90 calorie cereal bars that i can eat. Only one in a day if i have to. Can you guys suggest other foods, that are a little bit more imaginative than what i do already? Also what about hot chocolate? Can i have that?

I just want to be able to enjoy eating without all the fat!

Everything in moderation. I love Dove promises or other small dark chocolate squares. They're small, not a lot of calories and satisfy a chocolate/sweet craving.

In the UK, I wouldn't know, but in the US:

Popsicle brand no sugar added Fudgsicles at 40 calories a pop.

Peanut Butter and Co. fancy PBs. They may not be as healthy as natural PB, but they're really good, and don't spike my blood sugar and set me off on binges the way a lot of sweets do. Which is good. Otherwise I'd just stand in the middle of my kitchen with a spoon and eat it out of the jar. My favorite is Dark Chocolate Dreams at 170 calories per 2 TBSP. Great with strawberries.
