Hiya, found this site via my iphone and am already addicted!!! love the fact that this time i think i can do it and this program seems to give true content of what your eating and what your burning up, how do you guys get on with how much you have to eat????!!!

    veggies veggies veggies.. you can eat how ever much you want of them and not really have to worry about it. :) Plus, your body will get used to the portion sizes.. Your stomach is only the size of your fist!

  • lol!!! i have 200 more calories to eat today, the problem is 1 - not hungry 2 - need to find something healthy to eat not just eat 200 cals of junk
