Ok so losing weigh is the hardest thing I have ever done and the most confusing. I workout everyday and twice on weekends I eat clean 85% of the time and when I have a treat its not a traditional treat its like a frozen banana or a bowl of chex gluten free cereal or something. some how I have gain a whopping 4lbs :-( this makes me sad because I am really trying to lose weight and can't figure out why I am gaining weight.
Any suggestions well be greatly appreciated.

It's water retention. Also, it's not good to workout everyday. Your body needs rest. So take a day or two off from exercise each week. It will allow your body to repair and recovery and alleviate water.
BTW, you seem to be light on your calories. You might want to eat more as it prevents your body from releasing cortisol and will help prevent muscle loss.0 -
Your TOM can affect you for a few weeks with water weight, usually 4-5lbs for me. Also, stay within your sodium and drink at least 8 cups of water a day. And I agree that you need an off day or two from working out to let your body rest.0

Want to build on this.. You are skipping ( or not logging for other reasons ) meals.. If you are not eating you are leaving a bunch of calories out there to be burned down and if you body can do it it freaks out..
That could account for your weight gain ..
Now if you are not logging for some other reason like you don't want to see the numbers on something bad you ate, then well you already know why you are gaining..
Work out 5 days a week take a day off then another one a couple days later... Eat good 100% of the time.. Stop carb loading with some of your "rewards"
Things will get back on track.0 -

I log everything I eat sometimes I miss meals and don't want to eat too late so I just skip it.
Ok so I will get my diet on 100% and cut out the bananas and chex cereal and take a couple of rest days and see what happens thanks so much.0 -
Eat your bananas ( one a day is good ) this is a classic case of eating more to lose.... You need to not skip meals..0

Why don't you want to eat late? Your body doesn't know what time it is and it won't adversely affect weight loss. Meal timing and meal frequency has ZERO impact on weight loss. So eat up, even before you go to bed. Your metabolism never stops.0 -

So far as weight loss it does'nt matter what time of day you eat. You can eat 10 mins before you go to bed, and it won't make any difference to weight loss. Skipping meals can mean lower calorie intake which can be reflected in no weight loss or gain.
Also like psulemon said working out each day isn't good. Our bodies need the rest, try to have at least 2 rest days a week
Oh and eat your banana, fruit is gooooooood0 -
Thanks Everyone :-) Great info0
