Made this the other night with salsa black beans a packet of taco seasoning and on low for 10 hours. The most tender chicken ever. Could use the meat to make tacos as well. It's so easy and good you won't believe it.0

I make this at least once a week then make burritos out of it! Sometimes I use chicken thighs which are less dry and only 8 more calories per ounce.Tacos, tostados, nachos, all low fat and calorie!!!!!!0 -

Added black beans and frozen corn. First night we put it in whole wheat tortillas for queidillas. Leftover dilla for lunch. Tonight we had it over brown rice. Still more available for another meal. Good stuff !!0
