Almond Joy Refrigerator Oatmeal- no yogurt

Old Fashioned Oatmeal 100% Whole Grain, 1/4 cup dry
    Coconut meat, raw, 12.5 g
Golden Recipe Premium Sliced Almonds, 0.5 oz.
    Chia Seeds, 0.5 Tbsp
    Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1 Tbsp
    Milk 1%, 1 cup
    Spleanda, 1 packet

    Total: 452 47 24 18

I usually use coconut milk that takes the calories down a little but I was out so I had to use the kid's 1%.

someone posted this awhile back and I had bumped it.I haven't tried it yet but it sounds really good. I need some new ideas for breakfast as well.
1/2 cup Quaker Old-Fashioned Oatmeal (cooked according to package directions)
1 Tbsp Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp reduced fat Jif Creamy Peanut Butter (or any low fat brand of your choice)
2 packets Truvia Zero Calorie Sweetener (or other no calorie sweetener)

Cook the oatmeal according to the package and stir in remaining ingredients. You can always add more sweetener if 2 packets isn't enough. Only 255 calories

this sounds amazing. I will try this tomorrow. i can't really eat chocolate for breakfast though i can't have all that sugar. what about substituting chocolate chips with cocoa powder, milk for soymilk, coconut milk for coconut meat, and some kind of fruit?
