Bump for later. Can't see the pics at work.
I am 5'4" and 150lbs. I would like to be down to 125. I lost about 15lbs about a month ago, but gained them back. I blame my cuba trip. :blushing:
Would love to see some motivational pics too!0 -
here is mine so far...not as amazing as some of the other people on here...but finally starting to see some abs under my layers of baby flap the above sequence is a random shot from January this year (weighed about 145) and then the next is May, June, July, August...I'm at 129 now, trying to get to about 120, I'm struggling though...been plateaued for awhile. 30 year old Mom to 3 kiddos...4, 3 and 18 months old I am 5'4 1/2" (does that count for this thread?)
this is my progression with JM RI30...beginning and start of week 5, I have 2 more days till I complete the 30 days, I'll do a results post then...hope to start one of her other programs right after. I run about 4 days a week as well.0 -
Hey I'm 5'5 I used to weigh 140 pounds a year ago. I gained 16 pounds since then. New years resolution was last January to lose 16...get back down to 140 again....so far I lost 10 pounds...I have some before and after pictures but I don't know how to attach photos!0

I don't have the best pictures . . . but I'll try. I am 5'5" (5'5" and 1/4 if you want to get real technical about it, and sometimes I do, LOL). I have never been really overweight or obese but struggled a lot to lose the baby weight after my second child was born. I gained about 40lbs in each of two pregnancies. I lost it quickly after my daughter was born but it was a lot harder after the second kid. Probably doesn't help that I was 37 when he was born (39 now)!
Anyway, before photo, last summer, probably around 138-140lbs
After photos, and I know these are not great, you can't see all of me in any one photo but here:
And here:
I am now down to around 118-120 and very happy with the results! I should say, though, that I'm also training for a half marathon in October and am running 25+ miles per week. I am on the low end of what I think I should weigh; my original goal was 125 and I think I probably will put a few lbs back on this winter when I am no longer doing quite the same distance on my long runs. I do hope to keep up with my workouts, though, and will run outdoors as much as I can tolerate in the cold. I want to maintain ideally between 118-122 and definitely not over 125 as I think that is probably about ideal for my frame.0 -
I started MFP at 145 (the begining of 2012 I was 154) since then I have reached my goal weight of 127 and I'm 5'5"! What got ne there...running 4xs a week, strength training 5xs a week and cross training 2xs a week (eliptical usually)....I ate around 1700 calories a day and now I am maintaining at 1900 calories a day! I have pictures on my profile!0

This is me at 145lbs in March 2010. (I'm 5'5")
And this is me in mid-July at 123lbs. Sorry for the grouchy face, I was hurrying to get my "before" pictures done when I was starting NROLFW and I forgot to put on my happy face.
(this one is just for proof that I do know how to smile, I'm in the center) -

Hey! I'm 5'5" but starting weight was 170 (currently at 163)
With everyone is around the same height and weight range, I'm just curious to know what are all of you using as your "Daily Calorie Goal"?:flowerforyou:
I'm currently at 121.5lbs and my current calorie intake is 1700-2200/day. That is GROSS not NET. I eat 1700-1800 on non-workout days, around 1900-2000 on weight lifting days and 2200+ on my long run days (once a week on the weekend). And on this amount of calories I'm still losing, I've gone from 123 to 121.5 in the last 6 weeks. I will have to up my calories soon to maintain.0 -
Well I'm a bit shorter than 5'5. I'm 5'1 or 5'2, but I'm about that weight range...and what's a couple inches right? (big deal in width, not in height!)
Last spring I was 163lbs. I went down to 145lbs throughout last summer. I'm back up to about 153 and working on getting my *kitten* together again. It's been a lazy summer
Here's some before and after of that 18lbs I lost last year:
You look great at 145! I weigh 130 and I'm 5'2.5" & I don't feel like I look as skinny as you do, haha.0 -
im 5'6 and starting weight was 145...im now down to 136...goal weight is 120-125....no pics yet, still in the process lol0

I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is 145-150 so I won't be contributing any pictures.
I suppose age, body type etc will factor in, but I think 145 for someone 5'5" with a moderate amount of muscle is a pretty good weight. Just my 2 cents.0 -

You look fantastic and I love the red dress. We are size twins, pretty much.....I'm about 121 right now. 118 is my low range and I prefer to stay under 125 for my happy weight.0 -
Bump! I'm 5'5.0

I love this thread. I'm 5'4 1/2" and small framed. My starting was 168, I'm currently at 143 and getting down to 120. I don't have pictures, but appreciate all those that shared - very inspirational.0

I haven't put any progress pics together yet, but will hopefully get those together soon. I'm about 5'4 1/2", and my highest weight was 150, about 2 years ago. Since then, I've gone back and forth between 145 and 135. I'm down to 132 now, and am still losing. My goal weight is around 125, but will see how I look/feel when I get there. I'm doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred right now, and plan on doing Ripped in 30 next, as well as 6-Week 6-Pack and Killer Buns & Thighs. I also am ordering her Kickbox Fastfix dvd and figure between those 5 dvds, I should be pretty busy this winter!
ETA: Feel free to add me! I'd love to have some more friends with similar goals!0 -
