I'm brand new here... I decided to try this app and so far I LOVE it... but I've only been doing it since Friday... Scared to step on the scale but my weigh in is Friday!

I have it set to 1 pound a week because I'm so use to eating 2500 cals a day...


Any advice for the beginning is much appreciated

  • Welcome!! My initial advice is to jump into threads, find friends to help motivate/support you, and find fitness blogs to encourage you. Those are the things that got me started!
