No Dr Oz miracle product, no clense, no jucing, no 1200 calories a day, no low fat, no paleo, no low carb, no ridiculous rules, no spending 3 hours at the gym, no low weight high rep toning bull****,

Yes to patience, moderate deficit, everything in moderation, 45 minutes a day 4-5 day a week, consistancy, patience (yes I know I wrote that already but it is that important), Heavy lifting, cardio, commitment, enjoyment.

It is really that simple
