    1. Take my Supplements with 16.9oz of water
    2. Make a johnrun while looking through mfp's feed
    3. Then workout
    Unless its Wednesday, because I go to work late so my 1 and 3 norm will be later. Wednesdays I lay in bed, catch up on my fitness pal encouragement, start a topic and bug the vp while she is at work. Then do 1 and 3

    Get the Akita to move away from in front of the bedroom door, brush my teeth, and get dressed.

    Turn off the alarm on my phone
    Check the obits to ensure my name or anyone that might have a name close to mine is listed
    If I find #2 go back to sleep, if not check the dogs status and either they pee first or I do.

    3. Check cell phone and begin piecing together the previous nights shenanigans.

    Get up, let the dogs out (pollute my lungs with a cigarette) they poopy potty, then mommy has to poopy potty too.. Weigh self, start coffee maker. How many things was that?
