What r your first three things u do after waking up

Mine are
1. Take my Supplements with 16.9oz of water
2. Make a johnrun while looking through mfp's feed
3. Then workout
Unless its Wednesday, because I go to work late so my 1 and 3 norm will be later. Wednesdays I lay in bed, catch up on my fitness pal encouragement, start a topic and bug the vp while she is at work. Then do 1 and 3
