    Yup, that's about right.

    Unless the data is no good (hasn't changed or went up). Then my number 3 changes to "Flipping Off Scale and Admiring Myself in the Mirror."

    1. Start my hair straightener (takes a min to heat up) and pack my lunch...then I straighten my hair for 10 minutes.

    2. Go in to the bathroom, brush my teeth, gargle, wash my face, apply things that make me not look like an ogre because I'm away before 7am, and do some lady business...

    3. Weigh myself (need to break myself of this habit now that I'm in MM)

    Then grab stuff for work and head out....usually takes me 30-ish minutes from Wake Up to Out the Door

    ...and VP is never bugged :) Always love the chats!

    3. Then workout
    Unless its Wednesday, because I go to work late so my 1 and 3 norm will be later. Wednesdays I lay in bed, catch up on my fitness pal encouragement, start a topic and bug the vp while she is at work. Then do 1 and 3

    During the week:

    1. Pee
    2. Shower
    3. Let the dog out

    Weekends:

    1. Pee
    2. Let the dog out
    3. Read the newspaper
