Some casein protein, anything from a casein protein powder, or a non fat greek yogurt or cottage cheese.. And im gonna add some raw almonds too, or natural peanut butter. Slow digesting carbs and some healthy fats. That should keep you fed throughout the night.0 -
a glass of milk and some peanut butter, nuts or cheese0
-
I just had some chocolate sprinkled almonds ! YUM
edit * blue diamond makes them in 100 calorie packs0 -
Two tablespoons of peanut butter on a slice of bread or toast.
But I'm a peanut butter addict and any chance I can fit in the real stuff, I do. lol0 -
Oatmeal and cut apples or applesauce, nuked0
-
2 cups of 1% cottage cheese.. tons of protein, low fat, low carb.. either with or without fruit0

I'd be careful with this one. Almost 1500mg of sodium in a late night snack would have me waking up really bloated, not sure if others are as sodium sensitive though.0 -
Two bananas, sliced, pan-fried in a teaspoon of a good veg oil (eg coconut or rice bran), til they go sticky then toss through a tablespoon of cinnamon. I love this!0

For 400 calories you could have a full meal!0

Late night? Probably just some toast.0

It's 12.13am right now and for some reason I feel like munching on watermelon...but I do agree with the peanut butter toast idea0

Yoplait yogurt. Any flavor.0

I second yoghurt.. I'd have some greek yoghurt with fruit cut up in it..
maybe a couple squares of dark chocolate..
or am omelette if you don't want a lot of carbs?0 -
Bovril on toast or peanutbutter on toast0

Anything you want that fits in your calories!!0

First thought, icecream but probably a fiberone bar (unless I really need to get those 400 cal for some reason and then a bowl of cereal with almond milk).0

two peas in a pod! i am exactly the same way! sometimes i substitute meals with peanut butter!
back to the question: i'd do about 4oz of greek yogurt mixed with 2 tbsps peanut butter and a big dollop of either honey or agave nectar. and you could even throw in a couple slices of bananas and still be under 400 calories!0 -
Two slices of my very fattening, super moist delicious banana zucchini bread will take care of that for you0
-
A large glass of wine and a Ryvita fruity crispbread!0
