    Okay, I need to do a shorter term goal too so I am going to join this along and do this along with the 100lb challenge. My goal is to be under 200 lbs by sept 1st. My final goal is june 26th of next year so I hope this will help me continue staying on track. Good luck everyone. -Heather

    Count me in! I think it's about time I actually took part in an MFP challenge. I'm hoping this will give me that extra boost to stay motivated and keep me accountable with my calories. I'm so happy to join! :bigsmile:

    I had lost 2 pounds but after this past weekend they are on again. I binged on junk food and beer with the boyfriend all weekend and to top it off it is my favorite time of the month. I'm really hoping I can get back on track today though.

    Does anybody have any tips on how to keep it under control on the weekends? That is my hardest time.
