Does anybody workout on the Total Gym and have any good exercise tips. I workout on mine but I'm getting a little bored with it.

  Have you looked on YouTube? They have tons of videos for various exercises, and workout routines. Probably the best place to start would be Total Gym's YouTube channel, http://www.youtube.com/user/totalgym/videos .
