this is quite strange.... yesterday at work i decided i was going to give myself a challenge a day, like 100 sit ups, or 50 push ups, or... (wrote about 25!). Today i thought 'hmm, lets see if there's any more ideas i can put on the list.... and I find you and your daily challenges!! love it!
