    NSV, made my day :)

    So I work in a building with a LOT of people, something like 300+ and I interact with maybe 12 people total. For the second time in less than a week someone I don't even remember even seeing before commented on my weightloss and congratulated me.

    I was asked how I did it and I now have a standard answer. "I'm a gym rat and I'm trying to be mindful of my food."

    Totally made my day :bigsmile:
