    Jimmy Johns's Big John.
Substitute wheat bread for French bread
    Hold the mayo.
    Add Dijon, onions, and oregano.

    425 calories

Unfortunately they screwed it up so I watched the rest of my coworkers eat while JJ remade and redelivered it.

There's a nice big salmon filet in my fridge that I'd planned to feed to my boys tonight.
    It's calling my name.

Sacrifices have to be made. I'm sure they'd understand...if I told them.

Salad for lunch today- Spinach, romaine lettuce, black olives, chick peas, chicken, Krab meat, onions and cottage cheese as my dressing. It's certainly not an Italian grinder, which I would prefer but you do what you have to!

Oh what I would do for a cupcake.

I had chicken fajitas with peppers and onions (no tortillas, guac, cheese, or sour cream) and a little bit of refried beans - it was really filling and good - about 450 calories and tons of protein.

I had a chipotle bowl but ate half when I got it and half a few hours later. (actually it was more like 60/40)

My bowl had Half brown half white rice, half chicken half steak, black beans, mild salsa, a little sour cream and some lettuce. (615 calories total before I split it up)

    I had 60% at 11am, and 40% at 2pm.

I couldn't decide what I wanted for lunch until I read everyone's comments.... I think I'll be having a burrito bowl today given the area I work at today. I need a break from salads.... just hope the burrito bowl doesn't throw me off!

Leftover Zatarains Yellow Rice with a Johnsonville Kielbasa, and some pretzels. Totally not healthy, and clocked in at 572 calories for my whole lunch. But that's why I hit the bike crazy hard just before I ate it.

I typically have a turkey/ham/roast beef sandwich, on rye, with a slice of cheese, and the same pretzels.
