How often?

How often do you weigh yourself?
I know that personally my weight will fluctuate 2-3 lbs a day. So I was wondering if a 1/4 or 1/2 lb loss or gain is a accurate measure of fat/weightloss or if its merely an indication that either you retained fluid or on the other hand, pardon the crudeness, had a good poo.
Thoughts, opinions?

about twice a month .. Focus on other things like measurements, how you feel, your work out performance.. how your clothes fit.. These are all things that progress for the better when you work out and eat right.. The scale is just one minor tool ..
Don't let yourself get all jacked up on the numbers.0 -
I stopped weighing myself so frequently. Now I weigh myself once in a blue moon. It has helped with my stress level of not losing every time I step on the scale.0
