    I can make a mean salad on 175 cal base is 15, add corn, salsa, green beens, meat of choice - deli or left overs. Cheese I use shredded Parmasan that has 20 calories. Make a giants salad fills you up - I usually have 1or 2 pre-made in fridge for the quick grab when deciding to change plans gran and go.

    A favorite of mine:

    2 cups spinach
    1 can of tuna
    1/2 cucumber.

    This is under 150 calories and is very nutritious!

    10 egg whites scrammled . Topped with black and cayenne pepper. That a lot of food and only 170 calories.
    I was also going to suggest egg whites. It is protein so it will fill you up :)

    Its just one day. Don't stress so much about it! If it bothers you so much, eat your full TDEE cals and don't go over but don't bother about the calorie deficit for one day. PMS is a perfectly good excuse.

    usually for dinner I do vegetables - i.e. brussel sprouts, cabbage, red peppers -summer squash, vegetables really dont have that many calories, and the ones they do have are good for you.

    You could have a whole package of shirataki noodles with salt, pepper, a little butter spray, and some parmesan cheese. Really good and filling. It's what I'm having for dinner tonight :P

    ETA: And this only adds up to 100 calories!

    bake some tilapia (2oz) = 65 cal
    mrs dash seasoning = 0 cal
    steam 1 cup frozen veggies = less than 50 cal
    top veggies with grated parmesan cheese (1 tsp) = 13 cal

    complete meal for 128 calories! now theres room yet for some fresh fruit to add in!

    I suggest eggs and whole wheat toast. But really, if you go over, it's no big. Just get an extra workout in or eat a little less tomorrow.

    I hear you....totally stressed, ate a snickers bar and some lays chips! Ugh, left myselfbwith 148 calories for supper. Thinking I might have to go for a long ride to get some back.

    Oh yah ur screwed but life like food is meant to be enjoyed. Eat a can of tuna have a bottle of water do 200 push-ups + 200 sit ups and call me in the morning!!
