Help! I have 175 cal. for dinner

You could have a whole package of shirataki noodles with salt, pepper, a little butter spray, and some parmesan cheese. Really good and filling. It's what I'm having for dinner tonight :P

bake some tilapia (2oz) = 65 cal
mrs dash seasoning = 0 cal
steam 1 cup frozen veggies = less than 50 cal
top veggies with grated parmesan cheese (1 tsp) = 13 cal
complete meal for 128 calories! now theres room yet for some fresh fruit to add in!

I suggest eggs and whole wheat toast. But really, if you go over, it's no big. Just get an extra workout in or eat a little less tomorrow.0

I hear you....totally stressed, ate a snickers bar and some lays chips! Ugh, left myselfbwith 148 calories for supper. Thinking I might have to go for a long ride to get some back.0

The posts here have given me a lot of choices of low cal suppers. Next time "I'm caught short" I'll be looking to here for ideas. Thanks0

Oh yah ur screwed but life like food is meant to be enjoyed. Eat a can of tuna have a bottle of water do 200 push-ups + 200 sit ups and call me in the morning!!
