    I was on Weight Watchers too, and after three months, I found out I was only gaining weight, even when I worked out. I guess the point system wasn't for me? I've only lost a few water weight pounds here, but it's something!

    SOOOOO inspiring...Thank you so much for sharing. It is stories like these that really motivate, and show that ANYONE can do this. Even though I'm at the beginning of my journey, and it seems hopeless sometimes, I know if I keep at it, I will get the results like you did!!!

    That is right. Anyone can do it. I lost 60 lbs and reached my goal at age 50 after years of being obese.
