If it's my day off; 1) Eat breakfast 2) Get dressed 3) TO THE GYM!
If I'm working 1) Eat breakfast 2) Shower 3) Beautify self (presentation is vital where I work so I spend a stupid amount of time doing my hair and make up)
If I'm doing a late shift of all three puny hours, like to do as I'm doing the other sales lady a favour, I'm probably going to 1) Mess about on MFP 2) Weigh self 3) Eat breakfast!0 -
First go to the bathroom, Second make my "Spark", Three read the bible.0

Wake kids up

3.lay there til i feel like standing.
Haha, this is so me. I lie in bed checking facebook until it wakes me up enough to get out of bed.
But the thing I do every morning regardless of anything else:
1. check clock
2. pee
3. take meds0 -
2mile run
1200 ab reps
Fage Greek yogurt and peanut butter cheese crackers for snack0 -
1. Check my phone
2. Rub my boyfriends tummy
3. Urinate0 -
Check my phone
Wake my son up
Turn my coffee on
Sometimes that is broken up with a quickie...........0 -

Watch TV for a few minutes, so i can wake up.

Use the bathroom

Bathroom lol, vitamin B liquid, water in that order.0

Weekdays:
Take clothes downstairs ( I get dressed downstairs to not wake up the gf, I start work early )
Pee ( brush teeth)
Get dressed ( grab my lunch, go to work)
Weekends:
Pee
Get my 22mth old out of her crib
Take her downstairs and change her ( then feed us both )
