Honey or sugar?

I'm curious - should I use honey or sugar in my coffee? Which one is better for you? I use just shy of a teaspoon of sugar but I have two or three cups of coffee a day. Suggestions?

    Raw, unprocessed honey all the way, and preferably local (will help fend off seasonal allergies). People think I'm strange putting honey in my coffee, but it is DELICIOUS. Try it once and you'll probably never go back to sugar. (I only have about one quarter of a teaspoon of honey in a cup of coffee and I only do it about once a week, but it is a nice treat!) :drinker:
