Well looking at my training schedule for September, I will have 80 miles running/walking in September. If i can add my stationary bike miles, I would think I could hit 120 for the month. A lofty goal, but I think I can get there!
How do I add the other ticker or do I even need to?0 -

Do we update daily, or weekly?
And would also love to know how to get that ticker!!!
