Could only get in 2.2 miles today my poor feet! They hurt so bad. I tend to get derailed by my foot problems when i start exercising. I am going to take tomorrow off and then back on the trail on Sunday! I'm not whining but i needed to blab this out. =D

get some good quality shoes if you don't have them. I have horrible feet and have 3 broken toes that have never healed properly from a year ago..thought walking would be out of the question until I got a pair of shape ups from tjmaxx. OMG..I put them on day 1..they cuddled my feet and even took pity on the poor 3 deformed toes and made them feel all nice and snug. I walked 3 miles in them over a month ago and have been walking 3 miles almost every day since then. NOT ONE ISSUE. My feet love them!

What are you wearing on your feet? Where do they hurt? What kind of pain is it?

i have a pair of puma running shoes with some inserts the dr sold me..i have my mother's pitiful feet and they just hurt more the more i weigh. I find propping them up helps alot and never going barefoot thats just misery. I dont know how i survived as a kid i don t think i wore shoes during the summer until i was 9 or 10 =P

If you haven't seen a foot doctor, please do. I have terrible feet, and even with custom orthotics, cannot do high impact exercise. If I do, I make the existing problem worse, and then am off my feet for months on end, barely able to walk. You can absolutely get a good workout and burn loads of calories without putting enormous stress on your feet.
