Exercise Calories???

Hi just a bit confused with the calorie intake, are you meant to eat you're exercise calories back?

    Think you are supposed to do that, but I never do. I'm lucky if I can eat my normal allowance.

    yes, you're supposed to because MFP already has you set up on a deficit. your deficit is based on what you listed as your activity level (sedentary, etc). i'm sure someone will chime in here and give you more specifics.

    but it's up to you if you want to eat them back. pretty much everyone on here however strictly recommends NEVER eating/netting BELOW your BMR. doing that is the holy grail of no-no's.
