    If it's a work morning, I shower, smoke, and drink my first cup of coffee.
    If it's a normal morning, I smoke, have coffee, and then try to find music or a youtube video to relax to. :)

    Most days, it's pee, weigh in and take a shower, in that order.

    2.johnrun(read 2 chapters from my bible and pick a Scripture to meditate on, look through mfp feed to offer encouragement) takes a good thirty minutes for my supplements to kick in

    2: Workout.
    3: Brush my teeth and hit the shower.

    Of course if its the weekend it's

    1: Try to pretend I'm asleep so my early bird husband wont talk to me til I'm ready
    2: Cup of tea in bed.
    3: Hit the shower
