    I just copy and pasted the BB code into my post but I'm sure there's a simpler/automatic way of doing it.

    Planning to get in a few miles today. Let's do this!!!

    I am in again this month! Must say that I LOVE this challenge. It has kept me highly motivated through the past couple of months! Welcome back everyone, and welcome to the new ones.

    My goal for this month is 100 miles- walking, jogging, and biking.

    Already got a start this morning, but plan on going out and jogging after the hubby goes to work!

    9-1: 2 miles walk/ jog

    I think I may have been a bit ambitious so would like to ammend my challenge - change from 100 miles to 40 miles. That way I can see how much I can managed and progress from there. Thanks. Hoping I've done the ticker correctly so I can update it automatically.
