What are some good exercises or diets to help lose a few pant sizes?

    I've heard a lot of people using Jillian Michaels using 30 day shred. Most seem pretty happy with quick results. I've just started it so I'll let you know :)

    I did Jillian Michaels 30Day shred. Lost quite a few inches and a few pounds. I feel that I got amazing results with this workout. BUt you have to wanna do the workout, cuz it sure can be hard!!!

    A moderate calorie deficit and any regular exercise will do it, but strength training made the most difference in my body, with the fewest actual pounds lost.

    Don't be discouraged if the scale barely budges. Take a few pictures so you know it's working.

    I joined MFP. Ate my calorie goals. Worked out and lost 76 pounds. went from a 46 waist to a 32 as of last night and it took nine months.

    What they said. Lift. Heavy. Stay away from the scale and pay attention to the way your clothes feel and fit.
