    Great toning on those arms. That is a world of difference. You are setting a great example for those out there that only do cardio and wonder why they don't have the look they want yet.

    So glad you posted this - amazing results thus far.

    I want to encourage you - and others - to lift HEAVY. I bet you'll get even better results. Women, you won't bulk up.

    If you need a place to start or to guide you try the book "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" by Lou Schuler

    There is a Men's version of the book too.

    That was what my arms looked like before I started lifting.
  • I have a gym membership & I seriously can't make it to the gym (seriously, no excuses here) I do work out 6-7 days a week (TURBO FIRE). I'm sure I won't get those arms from doing said workout. I do have a bowflex & the heaviest weights I have are little 3 & 5 lb weights. Which would give me better results (arms) & what workouts do you recommend?!?
