Mine is to get through the first month of C25K. And, hopefully lose 10 lbs!!

    Go to the gym every single day I can. Work out as hard as I can.

    Mine is to keep doing Jillian Michaels dvds and the Brazil Butt Lift dvd program,going back to doing 20 minutes of walk/run interval training 3 to 5 days a week,and to stay under my calorie goal as much as possible(but not go too low).And also to lose some inches and some pounds,too.

    To continue kickboxing twice a week, continue my swimming lessons once a week and perhaps add an extra activity like a little light cycling

    My goal is to work on C25K all month (3 days per week). If it takes me 3 weeks to get past week 1, I'm OK with that - I just want to make progress.

    I want to continue to lose each week. Even if it's only a few ounces, as long as it's trending down, I will be happy. I would love to lose 4 lbs this month, but I'd be happy with any loss.
  • to get to 190lbs by mid month. I also want to place high in the tournament.

    keep up with both of my beach body programs (brazil butt lift and power 90)

    not die from working so hard in school and working 30 hrs a week.

    look fabulous on my birthday ;]p

    thats about all the goals i can take on for one month haha

    My goals are to do my gazelle at least 3 times a week for 25 mins and to lose at least 5 pounds.:smile:
  • Gain 1.5-2 pounds (I'll be 19-22 weeks pregnant and haven't been gaining)
    Start walking at least three times per week-no more morning sickness, no more excuses!
    Take prenatal vitamins everyday.

    See if I can lose 10lbs this month =) I know everyone doesn't lose weight at the same speed, but i want to give my body the test, and if i dnt lose it i know that I hve pushed my body to go farther then it did LAST month and that's still a victory in my book =)

    Started C25k on Tuesday, as well as a 30 minute circuit for alternate days. Joined the Lose 5 lbs for September challenge, as well as the walk 100 miles September challenge. I also redid my calorie goals from 2200 to 1750. It was waaaay to high.

    My goal is to just get back into tracking my calorie and macros every day and working out consistently. My gym membership expired a couple weeks ago and I just got a new one yesterday. My goal is to go 3x a week... it's really hard for me to fit it into my schedule :'( No excuses, though. I'm going to get up and go before work twice a week and then once on the weekend.

  • Keep calories within 1500, eat 100% clean, keep carbs under 150g and protein around 100g, drink 12 cups of water a day (at least)

    my goal is to lose my last 2 lbs and then tone and strengthen by doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred which i've already started and am a week into it! :) and my stomach is flatter and more toned than it has been since highschool! :)

    After finishing c25k about 2 weeks ago:
    - continue to reduce my 5k time to 30 min.,
    - include more hills in my running workouts, and
    - increase my longer runs to 4 mi.

    To make it to the 160's, to be able to run 2 miles without stopping, to be able to do push ups on a flat surface (not just on my stairs) :), and to continue with my upper body strength. I want to be able to do pull ups!!<
    not sure why this is so important to me, but it is.
