Lunch Ideas!

I'm 18 and I'm still in high school. I was wondering if you have healthy lunch ideas that I could pack for myself. Maybe you pack lunch for yourself or you pack your kid's lunch! It would need to be something that can be eaten cold and that won't spoil by being in a lunch box for half the day!
The more ideas the better! Thanks in advance

We have a basic formula in our household - sandwich, snack and fruit.
The sandwich is usually on whole-grain bread, but you can vary that up with bagel thins, pita bread, tortilla etc. Fillings vary from lunch meat to cheese to salad, to peanut butter, hummus or anything else that sounds appealing.
Snacks can be jello (sugar free if you like), a fiber one or granola bar, carrots, pretzels, crackers, nuts, cheese sticks etc
Fruit - usually fresh, but my son also loves applesauce.
In the hot weather we use icepacks (or a cold drink bottle) in the lunchbox, and as we always make lunch the night before, it is coming from the fridge anyway.
Have not tried soup in a thermos, but may try that this winter - will need to see if it will stay hot until lunch time.
Goodluck! Hope you get some great ideas!0
