Exercising/eating right during pregnancy-lose or maintained?

Ok I am definitely back!!! And have lost nothing!!! I always told myself I want to be back at my pre-pregnancy weight ;-(. but that is currently too late because I just found out I am expecting baby number 3!!!!! So I really want to stay fit and not gain too much and eat everything in sight! Can any ladies share their experience of eating of course extra 300 calories when preggo and working out....did you lose weight or stay the same? My biggest goal is maintain this weight ...I really don't want extra weight on my plate. Thanks!

Btw I am currently 6 weeks pregnant

    I added 50 calories at 6 weeks and add 11 every Monday. The doctor said he wants no weight gain and gave me the nudging to keep losing a couple pounds. So far I have lost a few, but I think I'm getting to the point where I will be stalled. I'm ok with being stalled, I just do not want to gain 30, 70 or 100 pounds while pregnant.

    I know I will gain weight due to the pregnancy...but I want to gain what's healthy and not too much.
