Lost 60 lbs in 6 months!

Hi everyone! I started using the app back in March. I was 230 lbs and got tired of looking and feeling the way I did. I started with 1400 calories a day for 4 months, cardio for 45 minutes a day 5 days a week and weights 3 days a week. When I started I couldn't even jog for more than 2 minutes without walking. Right now I'm at about 167 lbs, I run 3 miles 3 days a week, and lift weights 3 days a week. I still count my calories religiously, think I'm a little scared to gain the weight back lol. I'm still working on toning but here is an after pic. I don't have any before pics.
