I'm in... No, really.
So, last month was a total bust. I focused on classes and not on miles (which admittedly worked), and when I could measure the distance, I forgot to!
But, I am training for a 5k in November, so I'll definitely have to step it up a notch.
Let's go for a nice 50 miles, yeah? I could maybe manage that. It'd be a heck of a push, though. Ah, well :P0 -

Could someone please explain how they got the tickerfactory.com to display on MFP? I did get to the site. I downloaded it.
I have no idea how to get it to MFP. Please help.

After you configure your ticker, you should have needed to set a password. After that, you can see your ticker and choose which size you would like. At the bottom of that page you will see your "bbCode." Copy the code in the box and paste it into your message on MFP. When you comment it will show up. Good luck with the ticker and have fun with the challenge!0

150 for Sept Imoved 146.30 miles in August missed my mark by four unreported miles...LOL. Soccer season is underway so I have no excuses to make mileage,

I need some verification - I bought a used treadmill........just walked for 20 minutes @ 2.5 speed - it said that I burned 69.5 calories and distance was "point .395" can that be right? for 20 minutes and i did even make it a half of a mile? :sad:
